I have 2 phones with Public Mobile. Cannot get access to My Account. Need to update payment information. How can I do this?

if you have 2 accounts, your problem could be due to browser cache. Try login using Inocgnito/private/secret mode of the browser
also, PM system with card update is glitcy, wait 24 hours and try again with Incognito/private/secret mode. or if you need to resume service first, buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas station and load the voucher using *611 or by calling 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone

If you still cannot get access to your accounts, you should message the customer service agent directly. A response may take a few hours or a few days depending on how busy they are. Good luck.

Are you having issues with the 2FA code? You can click on Forgot Password or Email.
If you are still having issues login then contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to help you.
Once you are in your account go to the Payment tab then Update Card Information.
