I ordered a new SIM card 14 days ago (October 18th), but I have not received it yet. Does anyone have any idea when it will arrive?

The above hasn't changed. Walmart doesn't carry Public Mobile SIM cards.

@EmadAshrafi Unfortunately it can sometimes take longer than that, but you might want to ask customer service about its status. Send a private message using this link and watch your community inbox for a reply (indicated at the envelope icon top right or click on your avatar and select "Messages"

@EmadAshrafi , there are lots of post from other members ordering SIM cards and having to wait a long time to receive them. It seems like 3 weeks is typical for turnaround time.

SIM delivers are very wonky with Public Mobile. SIM Cards can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. If it doesn’t arrive by November 15 you can contact a CS agent.

deliverys have been taking up to 3 weeks. If you have a MobileKlinic in your area...see if they have the PM sims for sale. Did you know that the esims are available for free right now on PM website for new activations. Only for some cellphones though.
