Joined Saturday- not working

Good morning, 

I signed up on Saturday, chose to go the eSIM route as my iPhone XR is compatible. I can see the payment came out of my bank account. I still cannot use my phone for calls and I cannot receive any messages unless I am connected to wifi. I have opened a ticket and have not heard anything back as of this morning. Also when I log into my account I see this which doesn’t make sense as I just joined on Saturday….. any ideas?

Received a response and my issue is now fixed. I now have data, sms and phone. The CS Agent said she had to activate my subscription….

I think this is a standard notice for renewal.

Check the shopping cart and see if it is your monthly top up. If it is just ignore the notice but confirm with a CS_Agent when they reply back to you.
