I have been hacked, they changed my email and phone number.  Must of cancelled my data, I need help!

nah.  VPN just hide your identity from the sites. Yes, for some unsafe sites, maybe it helps

But most data lost is not from situation like that.  In fact, if the VPN providers is not a credible Inez they will log all your traffic and could be more harmful

@BKNS27 using VPN does not mean it got less chance to be hacked

i can not log in, they changed email.  When i try to use phone number it says its not registered

That is why I use a VPN on my phone.

You will need to contact a CS_Agent through Chat bubble and type in Contact Agent with your credentials.

have you attempted to log in to your Public Mobile account ? Try it and see if you can log in successfully to change your info and payment method.
