Issues with Network Auto Payment

JPRegina

I am getting issues with my network. I have auto payment on credit card. Despite this I am getting message that service is not working due to payment.

Has anyone else experienced this and what’s the solution? Unable to reach human yet.

@JPRegina

Looks like that your service is working now.

Public mobile has weird billing transaction sometimes.

It looks like that you are in Saskatchewan and your 911 fee just went up by 0.06 to $2.17.  I think that the payment system is trying to capture that new increase.  That is maybe why your autopay didn't work overnight.  You could contact CSA, but I have a feeling the price increase of 911 messed things up overnight.

@JPRegina

Those are strange transactions. I would suggest you contact a CS_Agent about those system issues and system purchases:

Why do I see so many transactions?

Yes I got the same message. It turns out that my province increased 911 fre by 6 cents and so the auto payment was $0.06 short. You have to go in your account and manually pay or top up your balance by another and your service will resume.

hi @JPRegina

Autopay is setup but it could fail.

please login My Account using a browser and confirm if account is active or suspended

if account is suspended, you should see a button "Pay and Resume services now" and you can make payment to resume service.  But if no such button and account is active, use this link to load funds to resume service:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card

if account is active, then you need to reboot your phone and reset network settings and test.  But if that does not work, open a ticket with PM agent and they need to check the account

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
             Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit  ticket by direct message:

if you call *611 from your phone, does it say your account is active?
