Please I need some help, my subscription is on hold, money is in the account but it says issues with processing

Is your phone/plan working presently? Is your renewal happening today or tomorrow?
If the plan is working and you are seeing warnings on the night of renewal, I would ignore the warnings. The warnings will disappear overnight.
If the plan is not working, then you will need to troubleshoot further. How much is your plan fee? How much is in your available funds?

Can you click on the payments tab and resume Subscription? Sometimes you might have to refresh the page or log out and back. If not send a new to cs agent below for assistance.
