The sim was deactivated prior to the sms message and the 90 minute period passed. I need assistance in completing my number port.

You will need to use public mobile app to be able to complete porting.
1. I started porting an hour back and received a confirmation/verification message from my old provider.
2. Once I confirmed that I wanted to port, my old account was deactivated.
3. Your phone may show no signal using old network.
4. Then, change the Sim card and your public mobile service would have started.
The process can take few minutes to few hours of time.
What exactly is the issue that you are facing?
