Issues accesing Self Serve

I forgot Which Email adress I used to set up my self serve. Is tehre any way to obtain that information from customer service .

You could try looking for your welcoming email when you setup your account.  If you are unable to find it then try contacting a moderator.

Here’s when and how to contact the Moderator Team:

  • Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team. Click here to get started.
  • Alternatively, you can send a private message to the Moderators by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.

Hi @YStern sure there is.  Contact the moderators using the links provided by @esjliv above.  But you have to prove that you own this account.  Expect a reply from the moderators within 2 - 48 hrs.  Keep an eye on the envelop icon on top right for a number to pop up... that would be the moderator's reply.

 

In the meantime, check all your email accounts to see which one received PM Welcome email.  It looks like this

@YStern :You can also try checking the email used for your community account in case it same as your self serve account by clicking your icon avatar in top right corner.

Looking back through the most used email accounts you have, the subject line of the email you are looking for from public mobile will read as follows:

 

"Your Public Mobile Activation Details"

 

When you find that email, you'll find the email address associated with your self serve account.

until you can remember the email address or get that info from moderators...if you just want to pay for your next renewal, you can dial 611. You can pay with credit card or get payment vouchers at retail outlets like London Drugs or Shell gas.

In case you activated in store you may not have even created a Self Serve account. If that is the case, you can create one here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

Have you tried some emails that it might be? You can try the Forgot your Password option when you do. Search possible email accounts for keyword "Public Mobile".

 

If no hits, only Moderators can assist you.

To contact the Public Mobile Moderator_Team, there are two ways to reach them:
