Why my phone only call out, no call in

People can not call me, but I call them, what’s problem about my number ? Thanks a lot!

first, what phone do you have?

check Reset network settings first.  If that does not work, change the network mode to 3G on your phone and test incoming calls and see if it works.  It could be that your phone can only use 3G for voice calls in your area (due to some network change) and if that is the case, you could be in a weak 3G area.  When you are in a weak 3G area, your phone might not switch to 3G quick enough for calls.  You don't see this issue with outgoing as it usually gives the phone more time to switch and connect to 3G for outgoing calls

@LauraWu  did you remove the previous providers sim card from your phone?

You can also Reset the Network on your phone. Be sure to save passwords first.

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
