Called my previous provider -Rogers and turned out when I sent "Yes" for transfer, they didn't receive the text msg. Now need PM to submit transfer request again...how to request?

If i take out my old sim card, my new esim cannot make calls or receive calls, i think the porting is not complete yet.

Try Reboot phone and then click Reset network settings, this worked for me! thanks

you should be able to make outbound calls now. Inbound calls will come only after porting is completed
if you cannot even make outbound calls, first, remove your old sim card or disable old esim. Confirm PM sim is active and set as Primary

in the same situation, also no 4g/5g network, ported 2 numbers husbands work but can't take out old sim card, seems like they are busy with a lot of people porting
