My Bell SIM shows SOS and I cannot receive the porting authorization text. Please manually complete the port for ###-###-#### to my Public Mobile account 1000000######.

Hi, so I got Bell to re-activate my number. now what? how can I get Public Mobile to send a transfer text? or is that what is the next step. Please help since I am going crazy here. 😞

hi @FelBry you need to enable your Bell sim first to get the porting authorization text. if you have trouble turning it on, that is a Bell issue and you need to sort that out with them first
and please remove your personal info as this is just a community of customers
