hi I purchased the $20 monthly plan at $40 -50% discount today they didn’t take the money out of my account and my account is stopped working when I tried to pay. I can’t see that they are not giving me the 50% promised this discount for 24 months first of all my card is Working and they had ability to take the money but I’m suspecting is they do it on purpose they say the card was declined so they can remove the 50% discount if that’s the case I’m gonna be making a ccts complaint for now. I want to confirm if they can honour the 50% discount and charge my My Account account I already provided you another card just in case. For PAD

The 50% promo was only for a few days at the beginning of February so you can’t purchase the 50% promo today.

Do you mean that you activate your SIM today?

i assume you want the service now, pay first and ask them for credit after

pay first, check if there is a credit showing up as Available Funds.  If not, ask PM agent for help. Trust me, they will get you back, it's not any unfair practice, just system glitch

Yes the pay now button prompts me to pay, 40$ plus tax

it is just an issue with Autopay.  You can click "Pay Now and Resume services" button and make payment to resume

or use this link using a browser to login My Account and load funds to resume ($20 + E911 fees +tax):

if that does not work, or if you need PM agent to sort out the situation, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
