My Bell SIM shows SOS and I cannot receive the porting authorization text. Please manually complete the port for ###-###-#### to my Public Mobile account 1000000######.

hi @FelBry you need to enable your Bell sim first to get the porting authorization text. if you have trouble turning it on, that is a Bell issue and you need to sort that out with them first
and please remove your personal info as this is just a community of customers
