Issue with my service

I just got my phone back from AppleCare and I’m a long-time Public Mobile subscriber. After inserting my SIM card, my phone shows “SOS” and I have no service. I’ve tried everything—resetting network settings, airplane mode, restarting the phone, removing and reinserting the SIM—but nothing works.

At first I thought it was an Apple issue, but they told me to contact my service provider. Public Mobile says nothing is wrong on their end. My uncle originally set up the SIM, so the account is under his email, and now I can’t log in to the account either. I’ve been missing important calls and messages since yesterday. I really need help with this as soon as possible

Looks like your SIM/phone is not connected to the PM network so reset the Network Settings. Go to Settings>General>Transfer or Reset iPhone>Reset>Reset Network Settings.

Once reset, if you have home wifi. You need to re-enter it again to connect to your home wifi.

Got access to my account  I checked, it’s looking good to me, and you can also check my screen, top right corner, I have been missing important call and text messages from work, need help with this urgent

It sounds like the account may have been suspended and needs a fund top up and service resumption.  Are you able to ask your uncle to assist with getting back into the account?  Since your uncle is the "owner" of the account, support might not be receptive to helping you access someone else's account.

Call 1-855-4PUBLIC to check on the status of your account. If it is Suspended then you need to make a manual payment to restore service.

If your account is Active then check for outages in your area.

can you try that sim in a different cell to confirm if the issue is with your cell or the sim.
