I think I need a new eSIM 

can’t get my Koodo number to port over

 

 I picked a public mobile number 

i can’t log in if sent code to public mobile which don’t work yet??? I am trying to understand your system.

I need someone to call me or give me step by step

That isn't correct.  When porting a number in, customers need to contact the carrier that the nubmer is going to.
