Hello,
I've been unable to access links (e.g. from Outlook e-mails) and some websites for the past week. Even links from Google searches won't open on my Android phone. I've tried with mobile data on and off. Same problem when I'm on my home wi-fi. When this occurs, the https screen shows the lock symbol with a red line through it.
Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I cleared the cache on Firefox - I'd had the phone for over a year and not done that - and it resolved the problem! Many thanks softech.

@PJP97 - Are you able to log into Outlook through desktop and/or computer okay? If so, a finicky phone setting/hiccup.
Restart your phone, see if that helps.
Or try a soft reset on the phone, google soft reset and the model of your phone. Be sure not to do a Factory Rest though (unless you back up all your data).

It has nothing to do with PM. Check your browser's settings or try to use different browser. Confirm if that issue occurs on both data and WiFi modes.

@PJP97 if same issue on Wifi, it is likely a browser problem
Try to clear app browser cache and see if it helps
Or try uninstall and reinstall the browser app
