I have closed my public mobile account. I still have old account number. I made a payment to closed account. How do I get a refund? I have tried chatbot it was a waste of time. How do I contact a real customer agent?

HOW did you close your PM account??
If you ported out your number to another provider your PM account is deleted forever. Not possible to pay or add funds to it.

@confused5 Sorry, PM is a prepaid provider and they do not provide refund. For this reason, we do not suggest people to leave to much money as Available Fund on the account just in case they decide to leave PM.
