Is there something wrong with the data?

I have my data on but can’t send photo texts & I can’t look up anything on the internet on my phone.  My friend also is with Public Mobile & is having the same problem. He said his data hasn’t worked since Wednesday (Apr 12) afternoon. I didn’t notice that my data didn’t work until the evening of Apr 12 when I tired to use it.

I have data on my plan still & so does my friend.  There must have been something wrong with the network that night because the next morning it seemed to be working ok again.

You can check for outages. There is some maintenance overnight that may affect service but nothing major reported.

Try resetting your network on your phone.

If you have an iPhone, check to see if MMS and SMS are enabled.

Working great for me in Surrey, BC right now. Have you logged into your PM account via Incognito Mode to ensure you have data left?
