Im trying to reach a moderator in private messages.

I sent message to the moderator team, but it seems like no body is responding (or nobody is available to respond). I need help with paying my bill and cannot access my account.

What is your issue?  Someone here might be able to assist while you're waiting for a response.

If you have contacted the moderators, then yes they will try their best to try and resolve your issue.  Hopefully it won't be long before you hear back from them
