Is public mobile a scam?

Right now I am feeling like I have been scam, no one to help me with my concern. Bought a Sim card with the intention of getting the black Friday plan, had to wait a week to receive the Sim, now I am at a loss with no customer support, no way to turn, not even a possibility of getting a refund for the Sim Card. Can't believe that I am still in Canada.

Im experiencing some scam like behaviour too, let you know how it goes. you may want to run while you can.

Worst case, @Topranks , wait until Christmas/Boxing Day/New Year's specials come along.

 

They're sure to be as good as the recent Black Friday ones, and you'll be ready with SIM in hand when they are released.

No it’s not a scam. But in order to get that plan you need to submit a ticket though SIMon or though direct messenger using the top right envelope button and @CS_Agent  but that is slower.

@Topranks   Not a scam.  Where you got the PM sim card?  from PM site?  open ticket with PM support, show them the date you purchased, and they might be able to honour the BF deal
