Right now I am feeling like I have been scam, no one to help me with my concern. Bought a Sim card with the intention of getting the black Friday plan, had to wait a week to receive the Sim, now I am at a loss with no customer support, no way to turn...

I have been waiting for my SIM card for almost a week, now I received my SIM card I am being told the plan is no longer available, is this for real? What am I supposed to do now.
