You will see an option showing “create an account”. Note that this account is different from your online self serve "My account".

You only need the 2FA code to login to your account to make a payment with CC, debit or voucher.
The other option is to pay with a voucher and dial *611 to enter the voucher number.

Are you having trouble login to your PM self service account via SMS 2FA authorization?
I was able to login to my self service account right now via SMS 2FA.
You can try to receive 2FA via email instead.
Website can be finicky. Try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.
Or try a different device.
