I am going around in circles. Passwords don't work and have to be changed, error messages, can't get questions answered in any helpful way. I can't even access my account to cancel it. This is unbelieveable

If you are simply trying to cancel, @Heatherdcook , let the Customer Support Agents know you wish to remove any payment card associated with your account.
From there, it'll cancel when payment isn't made to renew.
If you're looking to port out (move your number to another provider), let that occur first, then it will automatically cancel this service.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to Customer Support Agent by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
