Voicemail notifications not working iPhone 12 pro

Ported I’m from Koodo iPhone 12 Pro latest software and is.

not getting any voicemail notifications.  

have reset network, reset iPhone and reloaded.

verified notifications enables, and have tried a new eSIM ($5)

Hold 1 in voicemail and listen and erase all voicemails.

and still not working

Yes I have check daily, nothing for this issue in inbox only in my sentbox.

I had followed advise and reached out to  support 2 weeks ago, and have yet to receive a response.

 

Debating porting out as missed a few important calls without knowing there was voicemail with time sensitive replies.

@ZoeDog , you did right by resetting your network settings which normally fix a few issues but didn’t for you! 😞

eSIM shouldn’t affect your voicemail notifications.

I know the older iOS software affected the voicemail notifications at one point but with updated iOS 16.6 it is no longer an issue for me!

Please use @Handy1 suggestion to ask a CS_Agent to reset your voicemail on their end.

@ZoeDog  I think this is a iOS issues . But some have had luck asking support to reset the voicemail also . So here’s the link to support
