I have a monthly postpaid Telus number ********** and I used my **********@*****.com email I received a payment receipt but no codes or anything

are you porting into Public Mobile?
did you use the PM app and subscribe and reached the end of the Subscription page?
if you remove the Telus sim, or disable Telus esim, put in PM sim, enable and set it as Primary, can you at least make calls? data work? inbound calls work?
