I don't recall ever creating an account. When I enter my phone number and e-mail address, both are invalid. How can I create an account to manage anything?

I think I am reading this as you are not an active customer - but, maybe I am reading into that incorrectly?
Account credentials only work here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/
if you are a current customer. Or, have been active within 90 days.
So, if you are neither of these, then you need to activate a Public Mobile SIM card to access this area.
OR, are you trying to buy a SIM card or Phone? Because that is a whole other login set up that is not connected to your Self Serve/My Account.
Otherwise, if above does not apply, then contacting CSA sounds like the way to go for help

Thanks for your response. I have sent a private message to see what is suggested since I am unable to create an account to manage same.

HI @skwhite123 did you activate in-store? If so, they might have opened one for you during activation,
Best to do is to open a ticket with PM support and confirm. Just message them directly at:

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

I guess you DO have PM service, correct?
If you joined PM at retail outlet, they do not create PM account for you. You will have to go to https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/ and create account.

@skwhite123 Did you possibly join Public Mobile at a store and they activated your account for you? If so, they don't make your self serve account you have to do that yourself.

If you activated an account at home by yourself the account would have been created when you were doing the activation.
If you're having problems then reach out to Support.
