Hello All, I am trying to upgrade my plan but it says invalid SIM. I have been trying to resolve this for the last 4 months. When I try to submit a ticket it tell me agents are not available.
I am still getting charged and paying my monthly payment. I want to upgrade my plan.
Can anyone help.

Hi yes your better off to switch your plan when your plan is up for renewal

Please note when you switch plan and click on Switch Now…there are no prorated refund on un-used days. Better to switch on Next Renewal Date.

log in to your account ...you should see Subscriptions and Add-ons...then just below that you should see Change Subscription. Make your selection either Change Now or Change on Renewal.
