Just re-newed my plan after auto pay didn't go through, I upgraded the plan to a better version, and was working for about 4 hours after this, but now I cannot send texts or make calls. I've reset network settings, and tried restarting my phone, none of it worked. Any ideas what's wrong?

@Adam_Dalton try reseating the sim card, power off and then take the card out for a minute before putting it back and power up
if you have another phone, test the sim in there , it could force a sim re-provision and can resolve the issue

Yes it was successful, says the plan is active, but my phone isn't connected to the network. I just sent a message to customer service rep.
