Hello All, I am trying to upgrade my plan but it says invalid SIM.  I have been trying to resolve this for the last 4 months.  When I try to submit a ticket it tell me agents are not available. I am still getting charged and paying my monthly payment...
I cannot get into my account to upgrade my plan.  I get into the first page where It says Welcome with my name.  But when i try to add a plan it asks me to register.  I have been with public mobile for a few years.
