That is not going to happen. Easier to just purchase a local SIM where you are.

This is NOT as easy as you think. This is not just to add new add-on.
PM or Telus has to make an agreement with foreign mobile companies which is not that simple...

airlo is about the best option for travel sim. Get a data only sim and install TextNow to your cell. It uses your data or free local wifi to call/text to most any Cdn and US numbers.

there are a lot behind the scene need to be done to add roaming to other countries.  I don't think you will see it anytime soon.   But you can still ask PM via the proper channel, submit a  ticket with them and ask.
