My daughter is travelling in the us -we added on the us roaming plan - and it worked for the first 10 days. Then just quit working- she can not call or text. This is a screenshot of her account - the numbers don’t make sense to me?

what phone she has?? if she has a phone that is not whitelisted by PM, she will have to use the T-Mobile 2G network. Try manually connect to T-Mobile and change the network. mode to 2G or GSM only and see if it works

Double check to see if Roaming and VoLTE (voice over LTE) are enabled and to manually connect to AT&T or T-Mobile and reboot your phone by powering off then back on.
