Unlikely anytime soon. Competitors have had this for a while now. I got my Can/US/Mexico plan from Telus almost a year ago. Freedom had it before that even. But they already had the roaming services in place, and simply added new plans to include it in the base fee. Public Mobile doesn't even offer service in Mexico at all, and I've seen no indication of that changing anytime soon. You never know though, as we're just customers like you.
