Having been gifted international long distance minutes, I thought I could call my cousin in Finland, but it looks like that country is not included? Why? Thanks.

The promo long distance add on includes the following:
International calling covers the following countries: Canada, United States, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Venezuela
Not sure why which countries are selected to be included. Probably financial reasons. Certain countries likely cheaper than others to call.

Who knows their thought process, in doing that. They can't possibly include every country on the planet. You can still call Finland, just not on PM's dime. Sorry 😐
