I purchase 300 international LD minutes and i can't used it to call the country, as it's not one of the area included
How do I go about getting the money refund to my credit card?

Oops! Technically there are no refunds at pm but the CSA's are very understanding about honest mistakes. Ask them for a credit to your account and they will remove the add on. You can the use the credit for another purchase or towards your next renewal. Contact customer support and put "Purchased the wrong add on" in your subject line.
Keep an eye on the envelope icon at the top right corner of your screen next to your avatar for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up service times but expect a reply within an hour.

@RoxG Which country you try to call? Not all countries can be called with PM. Here is a list of countries covered in the add-on:
Intl long distance Add-On included countries: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada.
If where you want to call is not on the list, you have not used the add-on at all, you can contact PM and try to ask them to reverse the purchase and leave the fund in your account as Available Fund. The amount will be there for renewal in the next cycle. To open ticket with PM:
1. If you have access to Self-Serve My account: For faster response (2-48 hours) , Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with above method: you can Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there

@RoxG : It would be more likely that you would get the credit applied to your account. Contact the CSA's.
