Does the  $36 /month with international calls include calling to Singapore or only to China, Hong Kong, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Taiwan, and the UK? If the latter, is there a plan with international calling that includes calling from Canada to Singapore?

@Pam001 , the $36 plan includes long distance to the countries specified.  The rate are different for various countries which is why long distance add-ons can be country specific.  The only way to call Singapore is to the buy the $15/300 minute international long distance add-on.
