International calling to philippines

How  international calling minutes  rounding up. Like I talked just 5 minutes that time I have 45 minutes left but then when I checked the five minutes they deducted 10 minutes .

Do you have WhatsApp with friends and family in the Philippines? Both parties must also have this app for free calling and text world wide when connected wifi.

they also count the ring time too !

According to Public mobile:

Talk time is calculated from the start of a call to when it is disconnected, and includes ring time and call routing. Total call time is always rounded up to the nearest minute.

Maybe check the actual usage history in your PM account  to see how long the call was.
