International add on

Hi,

I just purchased the international calling add on only to find out that it does not work for the country I was after. Is there any way of having that money either refunded or transferred back into my account so that I can use it towards my next phone bill. This was only purchased maybe 30 minutes ago.

You can try to ask moderators but company policy is no refunds.  Be prepared for disappointment, hope for best.
