I'm not receiving international texts here in Canada despite the plan saying I should.

If you've rebooted your device and these messages have worked before you may want to open a ticket with CS Agent.  Are messages you're sending being received?

 

You can contact an agent using the chatbot.  Type "agent" and click contact us to go through the wizard.

If for some reason they don't respond to the ticket, you can try to send an email directly to the CS Agent here.

Did you EVER receive SMS from other countries?

Can YOU send them SMS? Do they receive them?

Maybe some extra codes have to entered on their side.

Do recipients receive your texts?  Have you tried to restart. your phone as a first step?
