@toddmatheson1 The thread I posted about my own issues with this has all the suggestions above and then some. Easiest thing to try if you can is put sim in a different phone and try.

your other inbound calls are ok?
you can change your network to 3G and test intercom first

@toddmatheson1 I experienced this in the past with a Samsung S9. The link below is the thread that I talked about all I had done. Long story short it was the phone that was the issue not PM service or the Condo intercom.

Are you getting regular calls without problem? did you just join PM?
Try change to 3G on your phone and test inbound calls as well as the intercom

Check that you don't have unknown numbers going straight to voicemail. Take into consider what @Handy1 said, if you've just ported in then perhaps it just needs a bit of time.

@toddmatheson1 Did you just join PM in the last day or two ? If yes maybe give it another day or two to start working . But also try putting your phone to 3G and see if the intercom works like that instead
