Once my service is on suspension, if I switch the SIM card to another account ID, which does not have any subscription under now, will I be able to select the 1G plan? Reason why is I want to downgrade current 6G to 1G plan, but the App seems not support this downgrade. Thank you

you cannot switch sim card to another account id. Sim card is one time use , once it is used for an account, it cannot be used again
and you cannot downgrade to a plan not available to your account. Most likely you can upgrade. For some high end plans, you can downgrade to some but not all plans. Like $50 plan have choices to go to $30 but no more

Hey there, PM typically lets you switch up but not down from your current plan price. However, if you are willing to use a new sim/phone number, you can create a new account and select any plan offered to new activations.
you can also ask a customer service agent if they can help you with a plan switch, but they typically will only upgrade it for you. They have helped me with this in the past, but it was a while ago and it was done for retention. you can try your luck by messaging them here:

you cannot change to any plan you want, you can only change to plan available there
But if you want the cheaper plan, yes, you can start a new subscription, but you need a new sim card. Also, you cannot swap numbers between the two accounts (old and new). So, you only do this if you are willing to get a new number and give up the old one
