How do I contact a real person?

We are real person here but not PM employees. Just members like you to help other members with issues.

So is there a problem we can help you with?

Or you can contact a CS_Agent by SIMon Chatbot bottom of page or private message on the envelope icon above.

HI @Pat007   PM support is different, no live number to call

 

What exact issue is that?  Share here and we might try to help

 

To ask PM CS agent support instead, please open ticket 

Please submit a ticket with CS agent  at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
