simply try refreshing the page when logged in

Refresh your browser page by clicking on the circular arrow to update your account to show current amount of data you have left.

Maybe you are reading cached old usage info
Please login My Account using Incognito/Private/Secret browser mode again
If it shows you still have data, try to reboot your phone, and reset all networks on your phone (this will also reset your wifi saved connections, but you just need to reset them after)
if still not helping, please submit ticket with CS agent

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
