I have been in contact already with customer service regarding this. I was just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.
On July 13th I changed my plan to the $15.100 outgoing minutes plan. To this very minute it shows I have used no minutes. I also wonder if the data usage info is incorrect as well.

that so nice of that agent added to your account 400 minutes, for the future they will br fix it,
tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
or call *611 is there some option to,

Some are wondering if it's caching old data. Try on another browser or device. I find the usage circles don't update. Go to another browser and the new usage shows.
Adding - you will get a text at 90 minutes saying you have 10 minutes left.

the glitch in the system there is a new design, they working on it,
but tried give sometime is will be update, don't worry not be extra fees.
