When I tried to purchase a US roaming plan I got errors stating transaction could not complete on payment. Now I see multiple charges on my credit card for the US data plan. I would like them removed/refund on my credit card.

If the charges were pending and the payment did not go through, then the pending charges will disappear from your online statement.
However, in your case, you will need to contact customer service agent.

hi @Erin_leslie1 login My Account and check Payment history, if you see multiple transactions, then you really need support to reverse it

How long ago did you try to purchase the add ons?
Are the credit charges just pending charges? That might disappear in 1-2 days.
