Can someone help or confirm if the payment section is giving me an incorrect discount, and if the correct discount should've been multipled by 3? i believe the total discount should be $27 for the 3 months.
This is the current plan that i have. $33.90 x 3 = $101.70 for 3 months vs $105.09 for the 90 day billing. I would actually pay more if i switched to the 90 day billing cycle unless the discounts displaying isn't updated to reflect the 90 day plan??? Please advise.
The same plan above has an additional $5 per month discount if i change to a 90 days bill cycle, however the discounts is not showing the correct amount???
According to the rewards page, it does say 90 days subscription should be tripled in discount amount. This is the discount for my current 30 day plan.

just got a reply from CS_agent, basically first renewal reward is from previous 30 day plan so 1x reward, so after Sept 18 , you will see the 3x reward.
."You will need to wait until the plan is upgraded to the 90 days one and then you will start to receive the Rewards for the 90 days period. You still have a 30 days plan and that's why you are still getting the Rewards for that type of plan,."

On a (2023) 90 day plan with $ rewards:
- the payment predictions are inaccurate since...
- loyalty and refer-a-friend rewards are added to your account every 30days
- 3x autopay rewards are applied to the account in the afternoon before renewal night
- community rewards (if applicable) are put into your available funds when they are awarded
So, the most accurate payment due amount is in the evening before renewal is plan cost minus available funds.
(source: I've jumped (back) on the 90 day band wagon early on. However, since I've put that plan on hold, so a screen shot of my payment history is not really relevant).

@Jeffrey007 I had the same issue happen when I switched to a 90 day plan. I am on the old rewards system too. It's unfortunate that the rewards were not all issued, as I paid upfront for 90 days, but I have been seeing my rewards issued every 30 days to my account funds.

Currently $39 dollars for 20GB 4G Data for 30 days, but i have my plan switching to 90 days on renewal Sept 18th. I can cancel the switch any time between now and Sept 18th. The $5 off promo expires on Sept 5th i believe. My cousin is in the same scenario and has the legacy rewards, renewing on Sept 13 so i should be able to find out the hard way if the discounts gets multiplied by 3.

Which plan are you currently on? Rewards on 90 day plans seems to be a bit of dogs breakfast. Yes you should one way or another get 3 months of rewards (triple). But they might be spread out over the 3 months. Or all at the end before the next renewal.
Changing to 90 days from 30 should only pay one time but that also has seen some confusion.
