Inconsistent service in Thunder Bay

For the last week or so, my data has had periods (1-3 or 4 hours) of complete outage. Pages won't load, can't stream a song on spotify, can't even send an iMessage. 

I've tried switching to LTE only, but no luck. Is there some reason for this? How do I make PM aware?

Honestly @slusagm it's kind of hard to tell as it doesn't specify mobility or home internet. It does have a note there about power outages and reset your equipment but that could be just to cover their bases. 🙂

You can check here if there are issues in certain areas with Bell.

Yeah I'm assuming something is going on with the overall network here. My wife is having the same issue and we work somewhat far away so I think we'd be on separate towers.

could just be local network upsets or maybe networks outage for upgrades. Have you tried moving around to different areas to see if it still happens ?

I believe PM and Telus rely on Bell network in thunder bay, so it could be a Bell network issue

but check with PM support agent.  Ask them to check or refresh your account.  submit a ticket with PM agent and for reimbursement.  You can submit ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
