Incomplete port since 11/17. WHEN CAN I GET SOME HELP?

I sent in a ticket shortly after 11/17.

I posted a msg asking for a response on 11/23 and sent in a PM.

I posted a thread about it on 11/24.

And now my last 2 posts supposedly need moderation before they will be visible.

I'm not even allow to express my exasperation at being unable to really use my phone for 7 days and having to waste my time chasing after a response? I didn't even use any profanities besides "WTF" in my posts!

PLEASE kindly provide me with some customer service. @Shazia_K @Mary_M

I am still waiting for a response, any response at all from someone at Public Mobile.

My PM to the mods was read and I still didn't get a response.

How many more days do I have to wait??

What more do I need to do to get some assistance???

Same problem, fail to port number, pm and email but no response.

My old SIM does work but I still can't receive calls on it. It's been 8 days without anyone able to contact me by phone or send/receive texts.

I've read that post you've linked ans my self-serve account is already active.

So I'm back to imagining throwing eggs and dog feces at a giant Public Mobile sign in my mind.

Definitely frustrating to still be waiting that long!

The Mods are working at the huge backlog (see here).

Does your old SIM still work? If so, keep using that SIM (and plan) until things get sorted out so that you have service.

Also note they can apparently adjust the plan start date.

Maybe, just maybe you can kick start things (another post indicates you should wait 24h before proceeding with this...you're well past that).

If that doesn't work, the port-in failed for a reason that requires Mod intervention. Unfortunately they're swamped at present, so there's a wait...as you already know...

Hope it can be solved soon!

Same here. I have no phone services for 4 days. I have sent both E-mail and Pm but no one reply. Can we get some help??? It is so frustrated. I won't recommand public mobile to anyone !!!!
