Incomplete Port

tbat

Hi I ported from Freedom yesterday. I was very careful to text YES to the freedom port request immediately as I read that was the main issue that could prevent proper porting.

I can make calls and it shows my correct number on my wife's phone caller ID.

My ESIM also shows the correct number so a partial port has been completed. On Freedom I was using a physical SIM and I kept that in my phone until I was sure the approval text went through.

At this time I cannot receive calls, or send or receive SMS, even though outgoing calls work.

I have opened a ticket with support but was  wondering if there is anything else I can try in the meantime.

Thank you!
