I signed my daughter up with a plan and she is able to receive income if calls. Brand new phone number with public mobile. Everything was working for the first week and now when I call her it goes straight to voicemail. She also has 100 minutes and when she calls me it says call failed? Any suggestions on what’s going on would be great

Try
rebooting her phone
- ask someone to call putting *67 in front of their number to block their number in case her phone is blocking their number. If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right corner.

@Superpip also have you tried taking the sim card out of her phone and putting it in your phone to see what works and what does not?

@Superpip you mentioned when you call her the calls go straight to voicemail.
Is it possible she accidentally hit the do not disturb button or the nighttime mode or a call block rule?

Yes she does have the $15 plan. Texts are working fine. And she has used 1/100 minutes. I’ll do all your suggestions when she gets home with her phone. Thanks for the help

Thanks for the reply. The status is active. And she has used 1/100 min. I’ll try 611 when she gets home with her phone.

Does text work? data? Is she on the $15 plan? If $15 plan, incoming calls should be unlimited, but she could have ran out of outgoing calls (100 minutes/30 day cycle).
Maybe try to reboot phone. Network reset. Toggle airplane mode on, then off.
If no function work, check the self service account. Check the last 4 digits of the SIM card to make sure it matches the phone's SIM card number. There have been a few SIM hijacking episodes recently.

@Superpip What happens when you call 611? What does the account status say? When you log into the account does it show as active? Does she still have minutes showing of the 100?
