Incoming international texts not received

I use international text to keep in touch with family and friends in the UK, all was working great but a few months back I stopped receiving texts. I thought people had just gone quiet but now find out that although they receive my texts I do not receive their replies. I have got someone to send a text from the UK to a different Canadian number on a different carrier and all works fine. Anyone else having problems with texts from the UK on Public Mobile?

yep sms and they do receive my texts, I don't receive their replies

Yep multiple numbers and the moderators are involved, reaching out to the community to see if anyone else has been having the same issue

Are they all sms texts or are some mms?

Are they still able to receive your texts?

Considering you said "friends and family" I take it as more than one number. If this is the case you may want to reach out to the moderators so they can look into it for you.
